nice room and nice location in the mountain.
Quite expensive. In March it was rather cold and the dinning room has almost no heating, so not so fun to dine owing the price

Fantastic location and facilities - staff seem to be under pressure to watch guests
All the facilities and location - this is the fourth time we visit
Got a sense that staff are mistrusting of guests? A couple of times security guards tried to stop us from entering to park - the first time of course made sense but after giving your place number being stopped every time doesn’t feel great. Also staff in the bar super nice but again mistrusting - is it because we are a tico couple? we waved a couple of times to see if we needed to sign anything to be charged to our room but left when they didn’t respond assuming it would just be charged to our room - they came running out quite frantic - got a sense again that there is a general sense of mistrust in the hotel which is unfortunate - as we are responsible - paying guests - especially after visiting 4 times and using all services including the spa.
